1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how CollectionStopperMembership, LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects information from users of KillDebt.com, KillDebt.ai, ParkerGPT, KillDebt for Enterprise, and related platforms, services, or materials (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Enterprise customers. For organizations subscribed to KillDebt for Enterprise, we process the content their teams submit (research queries and optional uploads) as a processor on the organization’s behalf, under our Data Processing Agreement and Enterprise Terms. Those documents, not this policy, govern that content. This policy governs the personal data we handle as a controller: account, billing, usage, and website data.
2. Information We Collect
A. Information you provide
- Account details such as your name, email address, billing address, and password.
- Payment information when you purchase memberships or consultations (processed by Stripe; we never receive or store full card numbers).
- Documents, text, or other materials you upload to ParkerGPT or our platform.
- Messages or correspondence you send to our support team.
B. Automatically collected information
- Device and browser data (e.g., IP address, operating system, device type).
- Usage data such as pages visited, actions taken, and session times.
- Cookies and similar technologies used to keep you signed in, analyze trends, measure advertising, and improve performance.
C. AI interaction data
When you use ParkerGPT or our research tools, your prompts, questions, and uploaded materials are processed by our AI systems to generate responses, and are retained as part of your account (your chat history and documents).
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- create and maintain your account and membership access;
- provide, personalize, and improve the Services;
- respond to your questions and provide customer support;
- process payments and manage billing;
- send important updates, security alerts, and administrative messages;
- offer educational content, recommendations, or promotional communications (you may opt out at any time);
- protect the security of the Services and prevent fraud and abuse; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
4. AI Use and Data Handling
When you interact with ParkerGPT or our research tools, your text inputs and uploaded files are processed securely to generate responses.
We do not use your prompts, your uploaded documents, or the responses you receive to train AI models, ours or our providers’. Our AI model providers are contractually prohibited from training on this content. We may use aggregated, de-identified usage metrics (such as feature usage counts and performance measurements, never the content of your prompts or documents) to operate and improve the Services.
Your content is stored as part of your account so the Services can function (chat history, saved documents), and is deleted or anonymized when no longer needed, subject to our retention practices and legal obligations.
You are responsible for removing or redacting sensitive personal data you do not want processed before uploading documents.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full card number or banking details. Stripe handles this data under its own privacy policy and PCI DSS Level 1 certification.
6. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, understand how you use the Services, measure the performance of our advertising, and improve functionality. You can adjust browser settings to disable cookies, though some features may not work without them. See also Section 7 on advertising-related sharing and your opt-out rights.
7. How We Share Information
We share information as follows:
- Service providers who help us operate the Services: hosting, database, email delivery, analytics, payment processing, AI model providers, customer support, and marketing platforms. Providers that process customer content are listed on our Subprocessor List.
- Advertising and analytics partners. Our websites use pixels and similar technologies from advertising platforms (such as Google, Meta, and TikTok) to measure and improve our advertising. These technologies share website activity data (such as pages visited, device data, and identifiers) with those platforms. Under some U.S. state privacy laws, this is considered "sharing" (and in some states, a "sale") of personal information for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. You may opt out of advertising-related sharing at any time by emailing support@killdebt.com with the subject "Ad sharing opt-out". You can also opt out of interest-based advertising across participating companies through the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info, and adjust how Meta uses your activity in your Meta ad preferences. Both are linked at the end of this policy.
- Legal authorities if required to comply with valid legal process, law, or court order.
- Business transfers. In a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may transfer to a successor entity; we will notify you if this occurs.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the Services, fulfill legal obligations, or resolve disputes. When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized.
9. Data Security
We protect your data with technical and organizational safeguards including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and logging. Our security practices are described on the Security Overview. No method of online transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your Rights
Depending on your state or jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- know what personal data we have collected about you, and request a copy;
- request correction of inaccurate information;
- request deletion of your personal data;
- opt out of processing for targeted advertising (see Section 7);
- receive your data in a portable format;
- appeal a refusal of a rights request; and
- exercise your rights without discrimination.

11. Communications and Marketing
We send administrative and transactional messages such as payment confirmations and account updates. We send newsletters or marketing emails if you have opted in; unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email or by contacting us.
12. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and registration requires you to be at least 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13; if we learn that a child has provided personal data, we will delete it promptly.
13. International Users
Our Services are operated from the United States, and all customer data is stored and processed in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you consent to this transfer and processing.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version, and prior versions are linked below. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
