  • Payouts follow KillDebt’s payout schedule. Minimum thresholds may apply.
  • Bidding on KillDebt or Tapfiliate trademarks in paid ads needs written approval first.
  • FTC affiliate disclosures are mandatory.
  • You may not promise legal outcomes, claim debt elimination, or present yourself as KillDebt.

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. YOU MAY PRINT THIS PAGE FOR YOUR RECORDS.

This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) and KillDebt (“KillDebt,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your participation in the KillDebt Affiliate Program (“Program”).

KillDebt uses Tapfiliate as its third-party affiliate tracking and reporting platform. By enrolling, you also agree to comply with Tapfiliate’s platform terms to the extent applicable. Tapfiliate is not a party to this Agreement and bears no responsibility for commissions, payments, or program decisions.

By submitting an affiliate application or participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.

1. Program Overview

The KillDebt Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to promote KillDebt products and services using unique tracking links and earn commissions on qualifying referrals.

This Agreement does not create any employment, partnership, joint venture, franchise, or agency relationship.

2. Enrollment & Eligibility

2.1. To enroll, you must complete the affiliate application through the Tapfiliate platform.

2.2. Approval (including auto-approval) does not guarantee continued participation. KillDebt may review and revoke approval at any time in its sole discretion.

2.3. Your application may be rejected or your account terminated if your website, content, or promotional methods:

  • Promote sexually explicit material, violence, or illegal activity
  • Promote discrimination or hate based on protected characteristics
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Misrepresent KillDebt or resemble KillDebt branding or websites
  • Include malware, spyware, parasiteware, or commission-diverting software
  • Are unlawful, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or deceptive

3. Affiliate Obligations

3.1. Affiliates must use only the tracking links, HTML code, and promotional assets provided or approved by KillDebt through Tapfiliate.

3.2. Affiliates are responsible for maintaining their own websites, email lists, content, and compliance with all applicable laws.

3.3. Affiliates may not represent themselves as KillDebt, as KillDebt employees, or as legal representatives.

3.4. Affiliates may not make:

  • Legal guarantees
  • Claims of debt elimination
  • Statements implying specific legal outcomes

4. Tracking, Reporting & Platform Use

4.1. Tapfiliate provides the affiliate dashboard, reporting, and tracking infrastructure.

4.2. KillDebt is the sole authority on referral qualification, commission approval, and payout eligibility.

4.3. KillDebt is not responsible for tracking failures caused by:

  • Cookie deletion
  • Ad blockers
  • Browser privacy settings
  • Network or platform outages

5. Commissions & Payments

5.1. Commission rates are defined by KillDebt and may vary by campaign, tier, or promotion.

5.2. Commissions are earned only on:

  • Completed, paid transactions
  • Non-refunded, non-charged-back sales

5.3. No commissions are paid for:

  • Self-referrals
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Disputed or refunded transactions

5.4. Payments are issued according to KillDebt’s payout schedule via approved payment processors. Minimum payout thresholds may apply.

KillDebt reserves the right to delay or withhold payments during fraud investigations or chargeback periods.

6. Promotion Restrictions

Affiliates may not:

  • Engage in spam, unsolicited commercial email, or deceptive solicitation
  • Conceal identity, domain ownership, or email origin
  • Use robocalls, misleading ads, or fake testimonials

Paid Advertising & Trademark Use

Affiliates may not bid on or use KillDebt or Tapfiliate trademarks (or misspellings) in paid advertising without prior written approval, including but not limited to Google, Meta, Bing, YouTube, or social platforms.

Violations may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.

7. Prohibited Software & Interference

Affiliates may not use or distribute:

  • Parasiteware
  • Toolbars or browser extensions
  • Cookie stuffing or iframe injections
  • Pop-ups or pop-unders interfering with tracking

Any attempt to overwrite, hijack, or manipulate tracking will result in immediate termination.

8. License & Brand Usage

8.1. KillDebt grants a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved KillDebt trademarks, logos, and materials solely for affiliate promotion.

8.2. All goodwill associated with KillDebt branding remains the exclusive property of KillDebt.

8.3. KillDebt may revoke branding permissions at any time.

9. Compliance With Laws

Affiliates must comply with:

  • FTC disclosure requirements
  • Consumer protection laws
  • CAN-SPAM and email regulations
  • Privacy and data protection laws

Affiliate disclosures (e.g., “I may earn a commission”) are mandatory.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate participation at any time, with or without cause.

KillDebt may terminate immediately for:

  • Fraud
  • Policy violations
  • Misrepresentation
  • Trademark abuse

Upon termination:

  • Affiliate links are disabled
  • Unpaid commissions may be forfeited if violations occurred

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PROGRAM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.”

KILLDEBT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL KILLDEBT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE.

TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED COMMISSIONS PAID TO AFFILIATE IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE (12) MONTHS.

13. Indemnification

Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold harmless KillDebt, its officers, directors, employees, and partners from all claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

  • Affiliate marketing activities
  • Breach of this Agreement
  • Legal or regulatory violations

14. Confidentiality

All non-public information, including commission structures and internal communications, is confidential and may not be disclosed without written consent.

15. Independent Contractor Status

Affiliate is an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement creates employment, partnership, franchise, or agency relationships.

16. Modifications

KillDebt may update this Agreement at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

17. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
