Wondering if I should do nothing at this point or something in order to potentially get this case dismissed? Here's the break down?
Got served a Civil Summons
Filed an Answer & Counter Affidavit
Filed a Supplemental Affidavit
Collectors sent Request for Admissions, Interrogatories, Production of docs, etc
I responded
They've (collectors) went quiet. And, It has been over 30 days. Should I just chill OR should I file something with the courts to see about getting the case dismissed? I wonder if I could get this civil summons dismissed and the other 2 the same collectors are planning to serve me. The sheriff who was going to serve me the next 2 actually decided not to cause he doesn't like collectors that much. He kept leaving his card when he didn't find me at home. I emailed and told him I've filled an Answer and Counter Affidavit and plan to fight it. So, looks like he decided to give me the benefit.
What should I do next? Just chill or file something to get it all dismissed

What does Parker GPT say? I have 3 I am defending and every time I ask them a question they are spot on, especially if its LVNV.
