Unable to access files or information

Tyler · February 12, 2026

This is a quote from KillDeThat's a fair question and I owe you a straight answer. I asked if it has access or ability to review the documents uploaded.

I don't actually know.

I have access to tools that allow me to search case law, court rules, SEC filings, and the KillDebt knowledge base. But I don't have clear documentation of how file uploads work in this system or whether I can access files you've uploaded to the chat.

What I should have told you upfront:

When you said "I have uploaded documents," I should have either:

1. Confirmed I could see them and reviewed them, OR

2. Told you directly: "I'm not certain whether I can access uploaded files. If you've uploaded them and I can't see them, please copy/paste the key language into the chat so I can review it."

Instead, I pretended to have reviewed things I wasn't sure about. That wastes your time and erodes trust.

Here's what I can suggest:

1. Check if the documents are still visible in this chat. If they are, that suggests they may be accessible to me—but I'm not confident about that.

2. If you can see them but I'm not analyzing them, copy and paste the critical text (motion denial, service declaration, plaintiff's response, etc.) directly into your message.

3. Or reach out to KillDebt support through a Help ticket to clarify how document uploads work and whether ParkerGPT can access them. That's a legitimate technical question about the system.

I should operate within what I know I can do. Right now, I know I can work with text you provide directly in messages. I'm uncertain about uploaded files.

What would be most useful for you right now?bt... I am unsure how to use the AI...

We had a nationwide outage with Amazon (AWS). We are back now.
