plaintiff is pro se. defendant is a credit union in procedures of lien withholding, no contract, clouded title unlawful repossession and identity theft. case was removed from state court by defendant during discovery and federal court has set trial date of february. i need help on this case. it has become overwhelm and time consuming with docucement demands.
