For context I just joined today, I had a rough patch due to a divorce from 2019 to 2023. I am back on my feet but several things charged off. I am not proud of it. That being said I was able to settle on all but 3 companies (If you ever get an email from halstead financial pay attention, they are very fair at settling with payments, they settled 4 accounts, total of 40K plus for 9K and offered up to 24 months in payments) and I was served with my 1st summons from LVNV and this site calmed my nerves, gave me what I needed to have a great defense. I know there will be 2 more in the near future.
Im going to the courthouse tomorrow to file my answer!
