The "Pocket Service" Rule (Why checking court docket daily might not work)

dvg · August 24, 2026

Well it looks like Gurstel Lawfirm likes to serve you before they actually file to scare you into paying( I have not been served or sued yet). My state allows this but they have to file within 10 days of serving me, I have every reason to expect to be sued since my 3 accounts are with this agressive lawfirm. This will basically kill my "garbage time" plan I learned from Brians Videos. Any suggestions on how I can still plan to us ethe garbage time strategy becaue I think its not going to be an option if they serve me before filing.

Brian if there are some other videos you suggest please chime in.

Thanks

Specifically the garbage time video. Use ParkerGPT, that's what it is there for. Thank you.
