Hey I just did a second part of two parts of a Summary Motion/Summary Disposition Defense video with a working title of US Bank and Zwicker & Assoc. The Part 1 video from Monday was about the Debt Collector's Playbook and provided a foundation that, your Answer and Counter Affidavit are actually the response to the Big Summary Motion that has not been filed yet.
In Wednesday's video, the Member beat a $30,000 debt and US Bank will probably end up owing him money. All using ParkerGPT. He worked his ass off on this and spent a lot of time on the prompts feeding ParkerGPT. But he beat a major creditor. Also, Zwicker and Associates is probably familiar to a lot of members here. In a word, They Aint All That! None of the debt collector attorneys are as I point out in this latest video. They made many mistakes and the member beat them using their documents and errors. You can too in your defense.
