I raised securitization in my Answers, Affirmative Defenses and Counterclaims for lack of standing. Stenger responded with a MTD and Omnibus response where they claim original creditor status and deny securitization. I have a hearing on all the motions so far on Tuesday the 10th.. less than 48 hours away!
It seems like there are probably some Problem Parkers that have raised securitization to a Stenger & Stenger and won... and if so, would it be perjury, inconsistency, etc... if I could show the Judge in Oral Arguments proof that this same law firm has lost on securitization? This sort of evidence coming from other cases would be great.
Anyone know of such a case?
Shout out to Brian Parker for creating all this. I have so much more confidence going into this, especially with the cheat sheets. I will have everything digitally on my laptop - and I have also made a 3 ring binder and put all the documents in order, written my notes, have my ParkerGPT Cheat sheets, etc.... I am also practicing those parts out loud so they will sound more natural when I voice them to the court.
