I've been using the platform for months now. I am NOT being sued. I am creating a complaint as a plaintiff (did vol repo, was presented with large deficiency letter, did debt validation, then cease and desist). I know this site is mostly for debt defense. Would Brian be able to assist me and let me know if I am on the right track in my scenario? If I book an hour consult, would he review any of the paperwork I received from the creditor? I know non of it would be legal advice, what so ever.
