Hello, I sent a debt verification letter to a collection agency on September 7, 2025 via certified mail. I requested a response within 30 days. I didn't receive an answer until January 6, 2026. What advantage do I have since it's outside the 30 day period? I asked ParkerGPT my next step is to send a cease and desist letter.

I would ask Parkergpt about inadequate validation, and FDCPA violations and how it works into your defense. Give it a timeline of events and see what it thinks.
