Hello.
I was using ParkerGPT earlier this afternoon, when all of a sudden it seems to have gone down.
When I input a query, it thinks for a moment, then I get the error message in red letters at the bottom of the screen, "Something Went Wrong. Try Again Later."
IDK what I did, or of somethings not working, but I wanted to let someone know.
I think I'm up to date on my payments?
Any feedback would be helpful.

I am experiencing the same thing at the moment also !
I’m in the middle of a case with a hearing on Friday 6th hopefully the tech support is on it

Okay, great.
At least it’s not me alone.
I have a case pending next week also.
Hopefully they can get it back up so people aren’t getting help.
It’s been down almost 24 hours now.

Natalie fixed it right away yesterday as the platform provider (that's what I understand, Anthropic had internet wide issues). We got your tickets and Natalie spent a lot of time in response to help. Thank you.
