Newbie trying to figure out how to get Parker to read PDF docs

Not how to upload them, but is there some other file format that he can read? He admitted to me that he is unable to read PDFs for a case audit. I am hoping that I am doing something wrong! He asked me to convert them to a word document, and I was able to select the words on the first page of complaint only....page 2 still wants to capture as a PDF, and he was completely unaware that page 2 even existed. Has anyone else experienced this and figured out how to cross this bridge? Thank you so much!

I too have issues with Parker gpt being able to read pdf’s. So I open the files in acrobat, copy and paste. I need to reread the docs because when I copy and paste from acrobat to Parker gpt, it makes weird things happen to the text.
