Need Advice ASAP: Plaintiffs Notice of hearting & Motion for summary judgement for sept 10th

Hi,

I have a court hearing scheduled for morning of Sept 10th. It's a motion for summary judgement.

We moved to another state and I'm about 5hrs away. So, i'll make the trip. But, I have no clue what i'm supposed to do and how I am supposed to respond during the hearing.

Do I just study my docs and do my best to respond from points in my counter affidavit etc?

I'm tired of all of this and tempted to no-show. However, then it'd make this whole process a waste and i'll have a judgement against me.
