Motion to Compel Win

I had a hearing this week to compel adequate responses to discovery. Prior to the hearing Parker GPT suggested I submit a brief to update the judge on my case. It worked like a charm. The judge didn't ask them to provide answers to all my Discovery, but she did order them to answer one of the most critical parts of the case. The charge off account prior to the Cap One/Discover merger. It will be very interesting to see what they come up with. Thank you Brian and Parker GPT for getting me this far.
