MCM verification as to Responses (Nicole Blumenschein) Discovery Falsified document

Wow this discovery process with MCM has been crazy. I think this latest is damning. I got my responses for the RFA and RFP. The attorney signed it and they also had a verification sent from an authorized representee of midland saying they know the contents thereof. It is not notarized and they "signed" it. But here is the thing I found out that it WAS NEVER signed!! The signature kept bothering me and I discovered that it was an Adobe Font made to look like a signature. This is another example of robosigning and false statements to the court. Which yes the discovery responses are to filed with the court but in Wisconsin if they are serving it to you in response you are also part of the court! I am bring this to my motion to deem admitted and compel hearing! This was not an affidavit but an unsworn, unauthenticated and factually false court filing the plaintiff tried to pass off as a legitimate corporate response.

If you want to check if a signature is a font, you can use different font searchers. Adobe has their own for their own fonts and some other premium fonts that you have to purchase you will have to search on those specific companies. You can search what's the font take a screen snippet and upload it. Again, Adobe has their own font search so a generic search on the other platforms will not find it you have to go to theirs specifically.

PS in Wisconsin you can use an electronic signature for court documents but if you are NOT an attorney or ProSe there are strict rules on how you can. The Wisconsin rules follow close to the ESIGN Act rules and add a couple of things. Attorneys and ProSe are allowed to electronically sign with less rules if they say "electronically signed by:" and I believe you have to have ecourt filing account which every attorney in Wisconsin is required to have.
