MCM re Syncrony Bank Vanessa Nesstor job title.

Brett · July 26, 2026

Would love for Brian to weigh in on this. If you have been following Brian you should know how to defeat the Vanessa Nestor affidavit as hearsay. BUT I just looked her up on LinkedIn and found that her job description changed in Feb of 2025. I am looking at doing a second rfa and rfp regarding her position to try and pro e to the court that robosigning is going on that they dont even look at their documents. As Brian says use their own documents against them.

@Brian what are your thoughts on this? In my case she signed on June 5, 2025 3-4 months after she claims on her LinkedIn her job title changed.

A little more on this I also found out that according to the Florida notary search that Alexa Stubbs address for their notary is the same address as Synchrony Bank in Florida. Also found out that Attorney Tyler Burich is licensed in Florida and not in New York according to the bar association searches and according to Tyler Burich LinkedIn he is a corporate attorney for Synchrony Bank. So all three of them are working for Synchrony Bank. This seems like it should fall under Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA, 15 U.S.C. § 1692e) be argued as false, deceptive, or misleading representation under consumer protection statutes. Brian what are your thoughts?

Those guys have to be communicating and collecting a debt to be in violation. But what they are doing is used against MCM for any violations. Good research.
