I have a mcm lawsuit here in tx. I answered using parkergpt and the clerk scheduled the trial on 2/22/2027. The next step is pretrial discovery and jury selected. This happens in small claim court. I had experience with CapOne merger Discover with larger amount last year which the plaintiff didn’t show up for trial so i got dismissed without prejudice. I have better understanding now with gpt but i wonder should i select judge trial or jury trial? Any input?
