After a protracted fight that started 4/15/2026 I received a notice of voluntary dismissal from LVNV before our summary judgement hearing scheduled 12/15/26. It is without prejudice so the opportunity for them to file again is there. I wanted to thank Brian and team and list out the bullet points on how it went down. For reference I am in NC and this was a significant amount.

Subscribed to KillDebt.com, uploaded the complaint and Parker GPT helped craft an answer.
Filed answer with court and mailed certify copy to LVNV counsel 5/12/2026
Mailed Interragotiries and request for production.
LVNV asked for a 30 day extension
LVNV filed a motion for summary judgement before producing any documents.
LVNV then sent discovery which was not good. Parker GPT helped me draft a letter specifying where I felt they had gaps and asked them to cure the gaps in 15 days before I file a motion to compel.

Early September 2026 I saw a hearing was set for 12/15/2026 for summary judgement.
Logged in to the court portal and saw that the hearing was cancelled and that there was a notice of voluntary dismissal and the case was updated from pending to disposed - voluntary dismissal.
I know this is long but I followed the guidance to a T. I practiced using court tester, kept narrowing my focus to chain of ownership and was ready. I am obviously keeping everything in case they refile. Thanks to Brian and team the little guy now stands a chance.
