Hi everyone, I am new to the space and recently been served with a lawsuit from LVNV that was previously with resurgent is there a place that I load up the documents and can get advice from there?

I am currently going through a suit from LVNV and resurgent was one of the middlemen too. I will recommend watching Brian's videos with LVNV. In one of them he showed one of the declaration of account transfers and the signatures on it from Jackson Walker and Dan Picciano. The letter was almost identical in wording short of the specific details to the one used in my case. The signatures were close, but not pen stroke for pen stroke identical to mine. But... seeing what he showed on his video, I decided to snip the signatures from my case and run them through a google search and I FOUND THE EXACT COMPLETLY IDENTICAL signatures that were pasted on my document. They were used on a previous case in south carolina from LVNV and were printed in color on that one. They were EXACTLY identical all the way down to where pen strokes cross the letters in the name under it, and little scribbles and dots right next to the signature. Fishy? I think so. Watch Brian's video and then knit pick your documents like crazy.
