hi all i was sued by zwicker and associates on an amex debt i filed my response and cross complaint here in california the new firm is jaffe and asher anyone ever experienced this or have any ideas on why they changed firms any insight is appreciated

A change of firm sometimes comes about because you overwhelmed the original law firm that can't do its job and cried to the creditor owner of the debt. Its to your credit that you scared them-with the truth. Don't give up and keep pushing.

Yes I have a few firms change which is good as its slows the process down in my opinion and gives us more time. Also change of Judge from 12 months ago on a case and still waiting for a new one.
