Killdebt 2.0, ParkerGPT Does It Again; Got another win for my first Debt Collection defense against Amex

Thanks again goes to Brian. I joined. killdebt back August 25" to help my daughter with her case not thinking I was gonna need it for myself and low and behold I needed it for myself. I was served by certified mail from the courts in New Jersey but I was so confident from the videos and ParkerGPT, that I feed the complaint to ParkerGPT and almost followed all the steps to the tee. I responded to the collection lawsuit in about a week , that's how confident I was. Only had to do small refinement here and there but followed all recommendation and course of actions ParkerGPT recommended. I literally wanted to see the case in front of a judge so as to sharpen my legal chops but upon first motion hearing opposing counsel for AMEX, uttered their first words in talks which was let's do a mutual walk away, I had $14,000 in FDCPA and State tort counterclaim violations in play vs couple of thousands they were trying to get from me. They waved the white flag on the suit, Meaning they did not want none of this Parker Problem smoke I had ready for them. to the community I'll say don't get frustrated or overwhelm to the point of quitting the fight. Now the lawyers did not expect the levey of pushback I was giving them Amex figured it was not worth the lawyer fees that they were paying to collect on the debt in question.
