I think ParkerGPT is having a rough day

CristinaF · March 4, 2026

I think I broke ParkerGPT, we had a response to a Capital One Successor by merger to Discover case today, they filed motions to dismiss my counter claim based on the claims being conclusory. In the opposition to the motion to dismiss Parker GPT cited cases that were supposed to help strengthen my opposition, but upon digging it could not pull up the actual cases and upon doing my own research actually helped Capital One more than it helped me. Its already been filed because ParkerGPT told me to file it immediately. Im kind of freaking out over here thinking I handed opposing counsel case law citations from the Supreme Court that strengthen their case. Help?!

All good, just please don't overload it and break up the chat requests. Best reason to limit the request: Better responses. Dumping a ton of paragraphs into your prompt at ParkerGPT turns it into ChatGPT and you get general internet answers as opposed to the debt defense lane we have set up for you. And don't break my new (your) new toy! :)
