I have a trial coming up on August 13 against Community Bank and there’s a lot of information that was given to me late after asking for support supporting documents since February and actually not receiving them my motion to the judge to preclude any new evidence based on them not responding to me on three attempts or to elect arbitration was denied because of a tentative ruling I was unaware of so now I’m just really intimidated to go to court and scared I have all the tools here, but it is overwhelming trying to learn it all, and apply it all in a matter of a few days

ParkerGPT has a lot of what you need. Have you used it for your case. What about the cheat sheets?

I’ve just been in Parker GPT trying to create a defense. The bill of sale indicates files. I don’t think that the AI saw that the file number was on the account Level document that they submitted so kind of have to change strategy a little bit now, but my case is in a couple days and I asked them for all this information in February. They never gave it to me. They ignored all my certified letters, asking them for clarification and evidence supporting their case. They ignored it three times and now have sent this information less than a month before trial so now I’m trying to figure it out. I wish I would’ve had Parker GPT earlier. It’s very helpful.

Crown really didn’t give me any time to prepare. I’m scared I’ll lose. I am a single mom with a kid who has a disability. I get Social Security and IHSS it all the money I make garnishment is scary if I lose.
