Filed & nervous

Mrsanderson68 · January 16, 2026

Recieved a summons from Midland Credit management’s legal council attempting to collect a debt. Found Brian on YouTube and signed up for the membership. Just filed an answer and affirmative defenses, counter affidavit in supportive motion to dismiss for lack of standing, motion to dismiss for lack of standing and in the alternative motion for more definite statement and a certificate of service. Parker GPT was very helpful. Court date is January 26, 2026. Feeling optimistic and nervous at the same time. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You are on your way. Find out what makes you most nervous about the upcoming event and create a cheat sheet on what to say and how to handle the other sides arguments. ParkerGPT comes along for the ride. You are likely to be asked to settle the case. Know what that goal is. Good luck.

When I start to feel nervous I analyze my three complaints and discuss what I find with Parker GPT. I spend a lot of time chatting, mostly learning. I am still in garbage time, I check the court docket everyday to see if they try to BS my process service. They have not so far. I have a couple more pieces of evidence to collect, then I am gonna ring the bell myself and start the round if they haven’t served me by then.
