In the past week or so, I noticed that I get a message for file sizes exceeding the limit. It's an inconvenience for sure as I don't control the size of the documents the judge or the opposing party uploads. My work around is to reduce the size the files, but I'm shooting in the dark. Does anyone know what the file size limit is?

I believe the limit is 5MB per file, and possibly 20MB total at one time. That seems to be my experience so far. I'm wondering if the AI can be built to include a PROJECTS section, where you can upload all your documents and work off of them. This may already exist, but I don't see it.

Write a work ticket and Natalie will ask the developer for you. Remember, be specific with your uploads so you get a better response. Too much info, too much answer. You want specific to you and your case. Thank you. BPP

Actually, as of today I guess I will write a work ticket too because I can't submit anything now without it saying it's over the limit...so something new is happening that never happened to me before today.

There are multiple limits at play
Images: 25mb (far bigger than most images litigants upload)
Documents (pdf, docx, txt): 50mb
Max files per message: 5
Limits that are entirely out of our control:
1. Image dimensions: max 1568px on the longest side
2. PDF (for documents that are not already OCR'd): 20mb
3. Page count: 100 max pages. This is either in a single document uploaded to ParkerGPT, or cumulative total across up to 5 documents at once.Splash · February 23, 2026
