Esign Act for MCM Bill of sale

I can't believe I missed this as I am in IT. The MCM Bill of sale is a Docusign document. you can tell because the signatures have a user ID under each of them. By default the document is supposed to have a Docusign envelope ID in the margins. Now the user can turn this off if they would like which is most likely what MCM will argue BUT this opens them to the argument under the ESIGN ACT and depending on your state the electronic signature act. (In my state there is case law regarding esign).

My understanding is that they must prove that the document has been certified not tampered with. You can go to Check the Status of ID Verification for an Envelope and check to see the Envelope ID verification they should also have all of the logs of emails on how it was signed and the IP addresses. Docusign has a lot on it's support page regarding how they verify and if the document is tampered with it will break the digital seal.

Has anyone argued this or used this? My thinking is this could get the WHOLE bill of sale thrown out.
