I received a settlement offer and consent judgement from the attorney. I was advised to send an email to the attorney with a proposed revised consent judgement. They responded to me saying the email has not been verified and asked me to call the office to discuss further. Should I send my request via certified mail to see if they respond or should I call the office? It's seems they only want to do a phone conversation most likely with their collections department. I feel as though I'm running out of time with other factors in the air (ADR and Summary Judgement both pending) Trying to figure out my next move. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
