I am set for a hearing on June 1 and today received this text. Is this something to follow up on or ignore as more fraud?

Do a search online to see if anyone else had reported it as a scam. You can always call/ look up whatever agency was supposed to give you the tickets/fines and see if your name is in there. Don't ever click a link directly, copy it, and then paste it on a browser. Sometimes when you click a link, the scammer now can see what passwords you put into your phone, etc.
