The last recorded payment on my alleged Discover card was June 18,2025 does that mean I entered into an agreement with Capitol One and will the merger defense work?

If you are being sued, use my videos and ParkerGPT to create the best approach depending on what they are suing you upon. BPP

I have been following you on YouTube. I am being sued by CaptiolOne successor to Discover for an old Discover card. Looks like I made a payment on it in June of 2025 which would be after the merger. So does that mean CapitolOne can prove I agreed they have ownership over the alleged debt? If you have a video explaining this please let me know.

Brett, just use the Prompt in ParkerGPT and it goes right to what you need for help.
