Debt Doc Audit

Debt Doc Audit Is Now Live

If you're defending a collection case and especially a debt buyer case with chain of title problems, you now have a powerful new tool in your corner.

Here's the problem we're solving: Plaintiffs routinely file weak, boilerplate affidavits and account statements, and most of the time, no one on the consumer's side challenges them. That has to change.

With Debt Doc Audit, I'll personally review the documents the Plaintiff has filed against you and provide a detailed affidavit with my name, putting 32+ years of consumer defense experience and over 10,000 litigated cases behind your defense. Plaintiffs are used to filing dreck without pushback. Now they'll have to answer for it and you can show the court you have experience on your side.

What you get:

  • A professional audit of the Plaintiff's affidavits, assignments, and account documents

  • A sworn affidavit from me identifying the defects and deficiencies

  • A legitimate, well-reasoned document you can actually use in court

We're launching at an intentionally low price point so our members can take advantage of it and give us feedback. This is just the beginning as I continue to build out tools and services designed to level the playing field against collectors. We just want a fair, neutral chance in front of the court and this could even the playing field.

    • I need to file my prehearing statement tomorrow 4.30.2026... I really appreciate all the help and encouragement you have provided. I decided I am going to win this case. The stress and complete fall from status had me shutting down. If this works and I can start my life again..... Words cannot come close to how grateful I will be. I was done. Completely lost. Through the process I finally learned the cause and I see life from a different angle. Not everyone around us has our best intentions in mind. You might be a stranger but one I feel I can trust more than those Ive known most of my life.
