After 10 trys I finally "in court tester" beat Bank of America on standing. You have to play with it and learn. It is worth the price.

Bumping this up one more time. I have 2 lawsuits from BofA and one from LVNV. The cost of court tester is miniscule compared to what it does for you going into a hearing. I may be a nerd but I run daily scenarios based on motions and answers and have gotten to the point where I do not really need the co-consuel. If Brian is ok with it, I will post a transcript of one mine.
