Hello, quick question. I have been served a collection lawsuit from Credit Corp Solutions. Credit Corp Solutions have attached zero documents to original suit. I have submitted an answer and line by line amended answer to the court countering all the lies in their suit. Parker GPT has suggested that I use DEFENDANT'S COUNTER-CERTIFICATION IN SUPPORT OF AMENDED ANSWER in NJ. It looks like its a counter affidavit without the notary requirement. Should I file the DEFENDANT'S COUNTER-CERTIFICATION IN SUPPORT OF AMENDED ANSWER or is it safer to file a counter affidavit. Or wait to do the actual counter affidavit at discovery? Thanks

I found some issues in the AI when putting in my Amended Answer. I was able to fix errors before submission. So, I don't fully trust it. But the Parker GPT is an amazing tool if you understand how to use it. After, additional research, I feel comfortable using the DEFENDANT'S COUNTER-CERTIFICATION in NJ, as AI suggested. I have a long way to go. I am on this site every night preparing for my case. I feel representing myself is my path to a better settlement, because I am putting in the work many lawyers may not want to do. Thank you, Brian,

You nailed it in that you can trust that no one is going to put in the work on your case better than you. To the attorney, you are one of many cases. Representing yourself is a higher calling and greater standard of care for your case. Good on you. Stay in touch.
