California Debt Case Law

Hello all

I am currently working on finding cases I can reference in California where people have had success.

Cases involving AMEX, BofA, SOFI or Capital one. I am searching where the Judge may have allowed discovery for chain of title or Trusts and true ownership of the debt. I am working on the securitization aspect.

I could reference cases from other states but was thinking that I need some California specific case law.

If you could link any cases on this thread we can help each other.
