Hi Everybody , I have 2 cases vs Wells Fargo Bank, personal and business. I can not represent my self business. I am trying to call so many lawyer in Los Angeles but no Attorney want to take my case when i mentioned counterclaims and securitization. My personal case is winning because Wells Fargo Attorney already called me , emailed 3 times for settlement but I told them I will consider the settlement after discoveries pass. Why original creditor ask for settlement ? They know they ha NO standing with securitization. I focus on securitization against them. I use SEC 424B5 there are diagram on it. Does Anybody know an Defense Attorney familiar securitization and want to file counterclaims in Los Angeles sorrounding areas ? Wells Fargo Attorney 33 violations on the pleading only. i upload to parkergpt and it confirmed the violations potentially perjury of false verification.

I too attempted to find a lawyer to fight my collection case. There is absolutely NO help out there. See one of Brian’s newest videos about paying a lawyer and the costs involved. You can fight it yourself with what Brian offers on this site. I had the law firm fighting my case want to dismiss and not go to the appeal. You just have to make and put in the time. There’s a learning curve. But you can do this. Have trust in yourself.
Other than securitization, make sure they have a proper chain of title.
