Do I address the paperwork on the lawsuit only, or do I addresss the paperwork responding to the validation of debt letter as well? The lawsuit only had credit card agreement and a summary of the balance, thats it. The bill of sale and all other information was not attached to the lawsuit, but was sent to me months earlier in response to a validation of debt letter.
