Hello community! I'm involved in a case with Velocity Investments. I've filed an answer with affirmative defenses, and am counter suing for violations for federal and state law. Our first pretrial is a phone call with only the plaintiff and myself. What's the best way to handle this? I'll drop my suit if you drop yours?

First, go to my videos on your first meeting with the Court. Good tips. Settling cases is a lot like seeking a date from someone. Try not to make the first move and don't appear hungry. I have good videos on settling debts and how to initiate the contact and when. If they make a move, then present your defense, show how they are going to get hurt and stay respectful. Meeting for the first time is the chance to sell yourself and your case and stand your ground if you have the goods on them. See the video today that I am dropping, "Scare the Debt Collector: 10 ways." That's the working title but it will drop this Monday evening and is full of things debt collectors are scared of.
