I'm working on my defense for a PRA lawsuit in Colorado now. Believe it or not, the PRA lawyer used a robo-signature/digitally inserted signature on both the separate Summons and Complaint documents they filed against me. That's already been noted and documented extensively in my Answer and counter affidavit I'm creating with Parker GPT.

The Declaration of Custodian of Records document was "signed" by Deon Edwards. In the document, he claimed to be the Custodian of Records. However, he self identifies as a Legal Clerk in his LinkedIn profile and that discrepency been noted as well in my response.

It's a virtual certainty that Edwards also used a robo-signature/digitally inserted signature to "sign" the Declaration. However, I can't find any examples of his signature in publicly available documents online.

Do you have any documents in your case files with Edwards' signature you can share?

I also found a couple of documents on Trellis that probably have his fake signature. But I can't access the original versions of these documents myself without signing up for an account. Are you able to look at these and upload the PDFs so I can compare his "signatures"?

Yeah, Trellis ends up being a big tease. Just google his name and get creative with the request or search and include the word "signature." If you would like me to look at your documents for a possible video and how I would answer the complaint, you can send your stuff and if it is good for our members, I will do a video. Send your an Answer and Counter Affidavit too and I will take out all personal ID. Please don't treat what I produce as legal advice or legal guidance.
