Is it possible to push for a default or summary judgement if a creditor does not respond to a defendants answer & counter affidavit to an intial lawsuit? In Indiana it states they have 14 days to to respond, and its been 28 days since I sent out the Parker answer/counter affidavit and no response as of yet. Is it possible for you to do a video on what you would do if no response is made from a creditor who sued you and you responded with an answer & counter affidavit. Thanks
