Hello,I became a member tonight and I wanted to know how I should answer this lawsuit. I got the summons today. They didn\'t have much . The complaint does have debt collector on it and the Exhibit A statement looks doctored. I have attach the files...thanks

Take apart the Affiant's representations is one approach. Rip it up in places where it is false-see many videos and present to the court when the time is right.

Hi,

Im being sued by discover bank, and I\'m curious if debt collection lawyers have to disclose that they are debt collection lawyers suing. For example, the summon and complaint claims I\'m being sued by Disover Bank, but on the Affidavit Of Debt they just state that they are an \"Litigation Support Coordinator\" Authorized by the Plaintiff. I then looked up the names, and they are debt collection lawyers but acting like they are Discover Bank.
