Hello,
Wish I had seen your videos prior to asking the judge to grant motion to compel arbitration. I am now in AAA arbitration vs PRA. I have seen that the provided bill of sale is vague and false. I understand giving them the burden to prove every document provided, standing, and clearly showing that they don't have proof to match the debt to my name. What suggeston of approach do you think I should strive for since arbitration is a bit different. Is there a video on your channel you recommend?

If you have to do it, Arbitration cust off most of your rights and you are at the mercy of the "arbitrary" arbitrator and the arbitration rules. See my videos on arbitration/mediation and case evaluation. See also "treat Arbitration like the plague."
