Hi Brian,

How do you argue securitization for entities like Credit One Bank, N.A. They don't file 10-Ks. Thanks!

Michele replied 2 weeks ago

Hey Roberto, I actually think I found their 10-K form. I usually go to this site for all these corporates 10ks. Hope that helps you get some info.

Thanks Michele, Brian says in his instructions/videos to obtain the 10-Ks for the year the debt was issued. It doesn’t look like Credit One has submitted any additional 10-Ks other than 2015. How do you handle this? Thanks!

That’s tough, not even 8K documents? Wish you luck with the securitization argument, you may have to find another linchpin frome Brians other videos/arguments for the creditor.

Brian, what’s your securitization strategy for a bank like Credit One? Michele helped me find a 10-K form but it’s from 2015. They don’t seem to have filed anything since then. Thanks!

Use Claude or ChatGPT-but verify, when it comes to law, not good but with that type of stuff, not bad. It is the lawyer's help. Just have to verify.

Also, as weird as this sounds, go on the website. A lot of creditors put the information right on the their site. Seriously. Its an SEC, public/investors' right to know thing. Bank of America for example and Chase are big on this.
