Two weeks ago I did all the stuff (counter, defenses, etc.) and last Friday I got something called a Differentiated Civil Case Management Order.

What is this? Are there any videos on it? I looked it up on the youtube and there was nothing from Brian on this.

Also, the opposing attourney has 20 days to respond to what I filed, or is that no longer the case with what the judge issued? I fired back on 6/4 (so 6/24 is 20 days). The Case Management Order came down 6/6.

I am not familiar with that term from the state you are in. It sounds like it is either a notice of that a case management order is being created and there will be a hearing or the Court set its own Order and sent out to the parties. If there is discussions on discovery, trial dates, witness lists etc on the notice, that is the Court giving you the litigation track to use in litigating the case.

Yes, its in florida and there's and it has a slew of time frames (court set it's own order). Unfortunately there's no dates, but time frames start like 4 months from now. I'm guessing that gives both sides time to discuss.
