Hey, touching base with everybody to update you on the latest improvements on the site. We did a couple of videos on handling Motions and on filing Motions. The new video dropping soon will be about an FTC action against Growth Cave that was fraudulently offering "get rich" schemes in credit repair and online marketing that promised everything and provided very little and added fintech financing to the mix so that there is a double whammy: No real product is sold to the consumer and now a ton of money at high interest rates are owed. This scheme took in over $50 Million since 2020 and the FTC just shut the company down. You will see how a member coped with this inevitable lawsuit that followed. I show how it is nothing more than a fintech collection that has no proof to back the lawsuit up-by using their own documents against them. Hope it helps you with fintech loans and really, debt buyer lawsuits that relay on weak evidence.
Also, we continue to imbed ParkerGPT with millions of cases from state and federal courts at no extra cost to you. The goal is to elimnate "hallucinations" or phony case law or statutes that most chatboxes produce. ParkerGPT is strictly debt and credit defense or resolution and the company I contracted with has a no "hallucination" filter on it. Again, I am continuing to update our site and make it a safe alternative to chatgpt or others with a ton of case problems. Again, at no further cost to you. Soon, I will be adapting a "casesearcher" to the site where someone can just buy an inexpensive membership just to explore or research cases to compete somewhat with the high cost of companies like LexisNexis or WestLaw that most law firms use. Trying to keep prices low while increasing the value. Thank you guys for making all this possible.
Lastly, if you have a video idea or you want me to a video on a specific lawsuit or you have your own success to show everyone, please send it my way. I love doing those kind of member driven case studies where everyone is educated. The new video came from a member and I learned a lot digging into what this Growth case company was doing and how it led to a lawsuit against the member.
