I am sued by Velocity aka Cross River Bank. The complaint consists of the plaintiffs 9 allegations, a Fair Debt Collection Practice notice - 15USC Section1692, and an Affidavit of Account. No BOS, no ledger copies, nothing. Can I file a request for summary judgement w/o answering the complaint ?
