Hello, Charles here. I did not see any paperwork regarding U.S. Bank. Do you have any on this platform. I\'ve tried modifing the paperwork used on other creditors paperwork you have on the platform and and to curtailing it to my case but I wanted to make sure I could use it in my case with U.S. Bank. Specifically the SEC financial reporting statement and the ARTICLE II CONVEYANCE OR RECEIVABLES info sections. Thanks for any help you can provide.

US Bank just does not come across anyone's radar in credit card lawsuits. Their big thing is as Trustees and Servicers to major Mortgage trusts and I don't see a lot of credit card stuff. If you are facing a lawsuit, the other creditor approaches and answers will do just fine. Also, check out the video, "How to Make a Creditor a Collector." Today's video on Discover Bank Being Represented by Cap One is a good one too. That should come out this evening. Again, wish I did more on them to show you more but its a rare thing that I see a lawsuit from them. Mostly, student loan trusts as they are the trustee in a lot of NCSLT cases. BPP
