Good evening! Does U.S. Bank securitize its credit card debts?I have been scouring the web, but I have yet to find anything in official filings; I have found that they securitized some forms of debt back in 2001; but I haven\'t found much reference to securitization activity for their own debt portfolio.I did find that U.S. Bank does provide trustee, receivables, and securitization services for other institutions.Any would help is a big help! Thank you!

I have not done a US Bank case in years. They are in a lot of securitized docs especially with NCSLT as the trustee. So, I can't answer truthfully on that. I would CHATGPT that but just be careful with the result and as a lot of it is wrong. I know my stuff so if something pops up I am not familiar with, I do extra research and I would say, 8 out of ten cases they cite, don't exist. Trust but Verify.
