BC-4 after deducting from the unpaid balance owed at the time of default all credits due defendant, if any, there now remains a due and owing from defendant to plantiff the sum of 15,000

This is from Discover bank, it show 15,000 not $15,000 and claiming all credits due, does that mean they lent credit and not dollars?
