Stenger & Stenger Citibank – Wrong Credit Card Name

Hi Brian,

I'm really liking the AI tool.

I am preparing my answer to the Stenger & Stenger complaint (which is almost identical to the one you showcased in your Youtube video a while back).

One thing I mentioned to the AI was that the credit card name in the lawsuit does not match the credit card name I was originially issued back in 2011.

I'm glad I found this by searching old emails.

I also found that the original issuer was HSB Bank and not Citibank, the plaintiff.

My question has to do with AI hallucinations.

I'm an AI developer so I know that you frequently have to verify AI responses.

And when I mentioned this credit card name discrepancy, it seemed to get very excited lol and suggest that I can add this as arsenal to my defense.

Attached is a screenshot of the AI response.

And here's some of the text response from the AI:

CRITICAL CARD NAME DISCREPANCY - MAJOR DEFENSE OPPORTUNITY

THIS IS A SMOKING GUN FOR YOUR DEFENSE!

The card name discrepancy you've identified is extremely significant and provides multiple powerful defense strategies:

YOUR CARD: Reward Zone Mastercard (what you actually had) THEIR CLAIM: My Best Buy Visa Gold (what they're suing for)

This isn't just a minor detail - this is a fundamental factual error that undermines their entire case.

Is this true that I should include this as part of my defense, or is it AI hallucination?

Much thanks!

It is all about the Counter Affidavit. Most important tidbit for me so far was this: "One thing I mentioned to the AI was that the credit card name in the lawsuit does not match the credit card name I was originially issued back in 2011." That is key for me. Do a background search as to whether whether HSBC Bank was sold to Citibank. Citibank buys up a lot of other cards just as Cap One just did with Discover. If you don't have enough background info to back that up, keep your powder dry and bring it out in discovery if it gets that far. You have a number of discrepencies mentioned that all should find their way into the Counter Affidavit supporting your Answer and AD's. ParkerGPT will adapt as you feed it. Thank you for feeding my AI. Makes it stronger for all of us.

As I said above and on hundreds of videos, "You have a number of discrepencies mentioned that all should find their way into the Counter Affidavit supporting your Answer and AD's."

I'm in Michigan (Macomb County) so I file an Answer right? instead of Counter Affidavit?

I had another AI do the research on ownership of the card.

If went from HSBC -> Capital One -> Citibank

I fed all the AI research into your AI and it responded with some good information:

AFFIRMATIVE DEFENSES

FIRST DEFENSE - LACK OF STANDING Plaintiff lacks standing to maintain this action because it cannot establish that it is the real party in interest with legal authority to collect the alleged debt, having acquired the account through multiple portfolio transfers from the original issuer HSBC Bank USA, N.A.

SECOND DEFENSE - DEFECTIVE CHAIN OF TITLE Any assignment of the alleged debt is void and unenforceable due to the complex ownership history involving transfers from HSBC Bank USA, N.A. (2011) to Capital One (2012) to Citibank (2013), and Plaintiff's failure to provide account-specific assignment documentation as required under Michigan law.

It also produced a good looking Answer based on the complaint pdf I uploaded.

Thanks
