I am watching one of the video's (Discovery 101:Why initial disclosures matter) when it comes to these Discovery request do you respond to every single request of admissions or do you , say 1- 37 are denied , see my Defendant Answer and Affirmative Defenses as well as Affidavit of Dispute. What about the basic questions of your name address , social , telphone number etc are those handled differently? An example would be helpful of this process.
I limit anything that is ID theft related and say so that I don't want to give my soc out to a debt collector. Its all bs anyway as they have everything. Commonly, the lawyers are just trying to a. make money billing or b. hope you don't answer the request to admits to make their job easier and not have to provide real proof by using your admissions. I keep as much out of my client's private info out of the public realm and only respond to relevant inquiries. You do you. Thank you.
Thanks!
